2018/10/17 - Life lessons from the BEAM (Webinar) - online

Joseph Yiasemides is taking part in Erlang Solutions October webinar - join him next Wednesday (17th October!)

Joseph Yiasemides has a wealth of experience around working with Erlang and Elixir, however, some of these lessons are drawn from other functional programming communities, and beyond. The lessons are broadly applicable, extending not only to other functional languages but also to the more mainstream languages. Join Joe as he explores the main lessons he has learnt using a number of programming languages.

Joseph built servers in Erlang and Elixir on projects involving JSON/HTTP APIs, TURN/STUN, XMPP, and AMQP. Today he is heading to Go to learn its concurrency model, among its other peculiarities.
