Easier way to set up Cursor Background Agents to work with Elixir?

Setting up Cursor Background Agents to work with Elixir was a pain, which led me to publish a Docker image just for this and write a blog post to remind myself how to do it next time.

The manual setup of the Ubuntu machine with snapshots felt like I was back in 2005, and having to publish a Docker image felt like way too much burden on the developer.

Has anyone else used Cursor Background Agents and found a shorter path to a working & repeatable setup that doesn’t have to install Elixir & a bunch of dev dependenciesencies every time an agent starts?
