Ecto 3 & DBConnection - Best settings to avoid connections timeout
How to set up new “pools” in Ecto 3 & DBConnection? (DBConnection.start_link ??)
What is the best settings to avoid connection dropped due timeout?

The best settings are meant to be the default settings.
However, the optimal settings will of course depend on the load, unfortunately there is no magic number. You learn it with trial and error, load testing, etc. Just avoid setting the pool_size for a value too high, as that often leads to worst performance.
