ExTerm – a minimal Elixir terminal in the browser

ExTerm is a minimal Elixir library that lets you expose your terminal in a web browser. It’s mostly a toy project for learning and experimentation rather than production use.

Features:

  • Interact with a terminal session through a browser.

  • Real-time input/output.

  • Very minimal setup — no authentication or advanced features.

There are similar terminal-in-the-browser projects in other languages, such as gotty in Go and ttyd in C. ExTerm is an Elixir take on the same idea.
