Has anyone tried using Oracle Cloud Free Tier with Elixir or Phoenix?

Hi. I’m curious if anyone has tried to either deploy the elixir/phoenix app to Oracle Cloud VM or if anyone tried to use their cloud database with elixir/phoenix app? Because of the specs and “Always free” availability, I would like to use it for the next project but I’m not sure if it is possible.
