How to seed data in Gigalixir

How to seed data in Gigalixir, I know this question has been asked before but I can not find solution in that thread

I’ve run gigalixir run -- mix run priv/repo/seeds.exs but nothing happened
I’ve ssh into it and realized there’s no seeds.exs in the server anyway because they are just binary. So anyone can give me some relevant pointer please? Thanks
