I just want to decide to learn erlang/elixir …

I want to know is it erlang/elixir good for live video streaming ?

for example to make live dealer tables live video streaming to bet ?

and also how long will it take to learn the language , i have no knoweledge at for now. but i can learn from 7-9 hours a day. how long will it take to learn it to develop this like live video streaming ?
