Is there a framework as simple as CodeIgniter for Elixir?

Is there a framework as simple as CodeIgniter for Elixir?
I think Sugar is a bit simpler but it’s not maintained anymore.

CodeIgniter is simple, but with batteries included, and often you can build a complete web application using just the core CodeIgniter, not adding any package.

I used CodeIgniter back in the day and would argue that Phoenix (and Plug under its hood) is simpler, just give it a chance :slight_smile:
