Is there a good .vcf encoding library?

Are there any good .vcf (vCard) encoding libraries out there? I found these:

but both look unfinished and unmaintained without the encoding implementation. I can dig into the format standard and roll my own but I’m hoping there might be something out there.

I can definitely confirm that my repo is unfinished. And while I fully intend to get back to it, that won’t be any time soon!
