jFrog artifactory caching of erlang-solutions repo fails

I find that the local cache of the erlang-solutions debian repo in artifactory is failing to update, with an error 403.

I am trying to use the documented URL: https://packages.erlang-solutions.com/ubuntu for the repository.

If I try to access that URL in the browser, that fails too. Package updates on my local machine, using that repo seem to work, however.

Is there a better way to create a local artifactory mirror/cache of the esl packages? Does anyone else have the same issues?
