I love this podcast but this episode had me shouting at the ether. Ice cream as stress relief? Coca-Cola as a remedy for a headache! How about some breath meditation, a forward fold, a run or a walk or something?! :yum:

Thanks for this episode. I can’t think of any programming community with such thoughtful and expressive members. Even though I’m not a maintainer, I really appreciate the things that were said here.
