Scripting - easy script creation, stand alone or in projects

Hot off the hex publishing line:

This module makes starting and writing scripts in Elixir much easier and far less terrible than the typical ad-hoc script. It has no dependencies and is engineered to deploy scripts stand-alone, without a mix project, release or escript composition. Of course it can also be used in a mix project to make nice scripts for mix run.
