:socket_closed_remotely

When I am trying to request an internal IP , I am getting socket closed remotely.though it loads in normal browser.

:httpc.request(“http://192.168.1.1:52869/gatedesc.xml”)
{:error, :socket_closed_remotely}

while doing request with HTTpoison works . Iam on elixir 1.15.4-otp-26
erlang 26.0.2
