Join us for our free webinar, Finding your feet in Functional Programming for Women and Non-Binary People! In this webinar we will discuss how to find your place and thrive within the Elixir and Erlang community. Discussion will cover where to start out, how to find community and mentors as well as any challenges faced and advice for overcoming them.

Leading the discussion will be Sophie DeBenedetto (GitHub), X (x) and Lorena Mireles (Erlang Solutions). All three will share their personal experience and expretise to help guide and empower women and non-binary people to successfully kick off their careers in Erlang and Elixir.

We recommend this webinar for women and non-binary people who are looking to start a career in functional programming, those who are new joiners to the community and those who are interested in learning more about the Erlang and Elixir community.

It is not necessary to have any prior knowledge of Erlang and Elixir programming to join this webinar. Discussion will be experience based and all key takeaways will be suitable for first-time developers and Elixir/Erlang beginners.
