Abatap 0.2.0 - Generate letter avatar from username

Abatap 0.2.0, a very simple PNG letter-based avatar generator has been released.

Features:

• two background color palettes to choose from: :google and :iwanthue
• removed the imagemagick dependency from 0.1.0 and now uses elixir_image to generate a PNG avatar
