How to upgrade Elixir from 1.13.4 to 1.14.2

Dear all,

please how to upgrade Elixir from 1.13.4 to 14.2 in my VPS server using Ubuntu 20.04? when i try type into my vps “sudo apt-get install elixir” the command shows “Elixir is already newest”, i try search into erlang solution web download it’s also only show the 1.13.4 with OTP 25.0.4 not with the newest 1.14.2 and Erlang OTP 25.1.2
