Jon Rowe - Senior/Staff Elixir/Phoenix engineer, Remote UK (UTC +0/1)

:waving_hand: Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for new projects so allow me to ~shill myself~ promote my developer profile :joy:.

I’m a very experienced Elixir/Phoenix developer with more than 8 years of professional experience, prior to that I have another 10 years in Ruby. I have a lot of experience building applications from the ground up, primarily in live view at the moment, I have enough CSS / JS knowledge to approach projects from a “full stack” angle, and I’m well versed in building (and improving) efficient, performant applications.

I’ve worked with all types of companies from large e-commerce companies, media organisations to founders building MVPs to prove out concepts for investors, however I have a strict no crypto/nft/gambling policy.

I’m based in the UK but have a lot of experience working with US clients, and a 3/4 hour overlap is no problem.

I’m primarily looking for remote consulting / freelance or contract roles. You can find me on Github and I have a summary of experience that I use in lieu of a CV available on request, DM me, or email me via the email on my website.
