Mix format comma first

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a mix format plugin that use comma first notation.

Maybe such plugin already exist?
Maybe it is impossible to use comma first in elixir?

You’d probably have to write a plugin. See freedom_formatter for reference.
