Product Engineer - Dyad, London, Remote UK/EU

Introductory paragraph

At Dyad we are building a platform to model and manage the flow of information within healthcare organisations, improving outcomes for patients, payers, and healthcare providers. We believe data handling in current healthcare systems is needlessly complex and disconnected, leading to isolated and inefficient decision making. To showcase how this technology can advance the delivery of healthcare and improve lives, we build BetterLetter, our human-in-the-loop AI tool helping practices decrease their admin burden in processing clinical letters.
We use this to reduce staff time spent identifying codes to be applied to the record as well as suggesting follow-up tasks and workflow optimisations. BetterLetter helps providers save time, save cost, improve performance under audit and build staffing resilience.

About us

My name: Yevhenii Kurtov
My position: Engineering Lead
Company name: Dyad
Company website: https://www.dyad.net/ and https://www.betterletter.ai/
Company headquarters (country): UK
Company info and history:

We bet on Elixir and LiveView to deliver a world-class document-processing experience in the historically underserved primary care market and have been enjoying the ride with our cherished stack for more than 2.5 years now.
Everyone on the team is an experienced developer with strong fundamental skills, excelling in their particular area of competence.
I believe it’s reasonable to say that our document editing page might be one of the most complex pieces of UI built on top of LiveView out there.
Our codebase has gone through two evolutionary generations, and currently, we are heavily invested in using Ash.
