Job title: Senior Elixir Engineer
Job description:

  • Strong proficiency in Elixir or other functional programming languages.
  • Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems or complex applications.
  • Extensive experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and system architecture.
  • Experience with Kafka, developing and maintaining an event-driven architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Salary range: Competitve
Qualifications or experience required: The role involves designing and building scalable backend systems, requiring strong proficiency in Elixir**/Phoenix**, and also offers the opportunity to work across the stack with React (optional).
What the successful job applicant will be working on: Elixir/Phoenix, React (optional), SQL, and Kafka.
