Job title: Senior Software Developer
Job description:
Develop and iterate on real-time voice AI features for emergency communication tools
Influence architecture and product features as we scale
Own feature development across backend and frontend
Optimize audio processing algorithms for real-time performance (e.g., Speech-to-Text, Voice Activity Detection, Noise Filtering, Emotion Detection, Text-to-Speech)
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging AI technologies into our pipelines
Opportunity to mentor and lead as the team grows

Salary range: Competitive salary and equity package
Qualifications or experience required:
Strong experience with real-time or concurrent programming (Elixir, Go, or similar)
PostgreSQL
Speech and audio processing
LLMs and AI (LangChain, Cohere, OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA)
Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience with highly available production systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Track record building and scaling production software
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote startup environment
Passion for using technology to solve critical real-world problems
Bonus points for: Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Telephony (PSTN, SIP, PBX), WebRTC, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma), mission-critical application experience, small team experience
