Natural Language for Datetimes and Durations in Ex?

In our journey I found myself questioning of any toolset in Elixir that parses Natural Language to Datetimes, Duration and Relatives.

It would be nice to work with other than English dictionaries as pt-Br.

In python we have
https://dateparser.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

I know that may we found this with llms.
