Qualifications or experience required:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Strong background in development, preferably in Elixir/Phoenix or other functional programming languages
• Experience working on large-scale distributed systems or complex enterprise applications
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, system architecture, and DevOps principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other teams
